$1,000 Sign on Bonus!Base Pay starting at $16.
80/hour, plus additional compensation for relative experience and higher education.
Wednesday - Friday 3-11, double on Saturday 7am-11pmAs a Direct Support Professional at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need.
You will assist in the planning and implementation of residential unit services for assigned clients.
Responsible for the safety and security of all clients in assigned units.
You will also provide therapeutic interventions as necessary.
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts, Webster House, is an off campus located in Webster, MA and serves co-ed youth, ages 6 to 12, in an emergency shelter.
With a 1:
3 staff to student ratio, the emphasis at Webster House is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible, usually within a matter of days.
You will add value by:
Maintaining a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of program clients while improving functioning and minimizing interfering behaviors.
Providing client documentation to include shift reports, incident reports, and individual progress notes.

Qualifications:
21 years of age or older.
Valid MA Drivers License High-school diploma/GED, required.
Previous experience preferred but not required.
Ability to attend 2 week orientation, in Rutland, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
Ability to work the following schedule after orientation:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
